Generator for lighting and secure parking for light vehicles, bicycles and motor-cycles accompanying guests (these are also available for hire)
Meals as per direct order placed with our in-house caterer, orders and payment to caterer direct.
Visa and Mastercard accepted subject to telephone line working well and guest reimbursing bank and other charges
Off-season, bulk booking and long stay (over 20 days) discounts may be discussed.

Booking procedure: a) All reservations require either a one nights deposit or a 35% deposit for confirmation. b) There are three ways of making a reservation: i) Deposit into our ICICI Bank A/c.This will require a one nights deposit. For this option please email us on oldbellevue@gmail.com or text us on 09233466789 and we will revert with account details. ii) Paypal using the Paypal button below. This will require a one nights deposit.Please select the room category and number of nights you wish to make the deposit for (at least one night) using the Paypal shopping cart. The total amount paid will be adjusted against your final bill. iii) It is easiest for us if you use Paypal but if you do not have a Paypal account you can also use the green online booking button, which will accept most credit or debit cards. This option requires a 35% deposit. c) Our payment systems are either operated by Paypal or by Instant World Booking which is secured by Geotrust which conforms to international standards of security. We only receive payment. We DO NOT receive nor do we store your records. When you use Geotrust or Paypal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant (us). ALTERATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS d) You may alter or cancel bookings up until 90 days before the date of check-in. Cancellations or no-shows (for any reason whatsoever) at any time after this point in time (90 days before check-in) will result in forfeiture of the deposit AND please be aware that by booking online you are authorising our booking agent to collect the remaining value of your booking (but nothing more) without further reference to you. e) We are very flexible about alterations and will always try to alter your dates to the extent possible in a fair and helpful manner and make adjustments on the basis of the deposit paid by you.

Taxes of 10.00% are added to the base room rate at the time of payment at the hotel. This is standard in the industry.

Additional charges may apply for extra persons in each room.

Payment and Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 90 day(s) prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 90 day(s) prior to check-in, no refund is made. Service charges and other payments at time of booking are not refundable.
