Generator for lighting and secure parking for light vehicles, bicycles and motor-cycles accompanying guests (these are also available for hire)
This is a lodging only hotel. Meals may be ordered from our catering lady as per direct order placed with her, orders and payment to caterer direct.

Visa and Mastercard accepted subject to telephone line working well.

Prices do not differ, any difference in rates is only due to exchange rate calculations which are based on www.xe.com. c) All our payment systems are managed externally. We are only a 'merchant' and only receive payment. We DO NOT receive nor do we store any financial data whatsoever. When you use any of our payment systems, your financial information is NOT shared with us. Accordingly we are unable to assist with queries or disputes regarding online payments. It is important you understand that as we are only a merchant we have no control over the payment systems whatsoever, except to specify room rates. d) Prices are inclusive of all taxes. e) Prices are for room only and based on double occupancy. There will be a charge of Rs275 per night for any additional person above the age of 12. Children below 12 must be accompanied by proof of age. f) Check out time is 1100 hrs and will be strictly enforced during peak periods as we will need to get rooms ready for guests checking in. g) Payments are non refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. We are however as flexible as possible with regard to changes in dates so long as the value of the booking remains unchanged. If you wish to change your dates please email us on oldbellevuedarjeeling@gmail.com , as early as possible and we will certainly assist in a fair and reasonable manner so long as rooms are available for the amended dates requested. h)CONFIRMATION OF IDENTITY WILL BE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN, INTERNATIONAL GUESTS WILL NEED TO FILL IN THE MANDATORY HOTEL ARRIVAL REPORT.

Payment and Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 90 day(s) prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 90 day(s) prior to check-in, no refund is made. Service charges and other payments at time of booking are not refundable.
